InkTank, the blog of the Washington Journalism Center (WJC), is a news/media-criticism blog authored by Christians who work in and around media. Our contributing authors are WJC students, alumni, and faculty.
While a common faith informs our work here, InkTank has no "official" perspective. We all do agree that news and mass media matter. In all their forms, the news and mass media are critically important to American society and democracy but also to the global exchange of trustworthy information.
InkTank is also a public space for the students currently studying in WJC to think through their impressions of Washington, DC, their experiences working in newsrooms across the city, and their ideas about the good, bad and changing news/media industry.
Here's the introductory post "Our Space," by former Assistant Director, Richard Potts.
